DESCRIPTION:

MBE’s Dart LS10 degree heads are a great option for all-out drag racing. This head is what you get when you pull out all the stops when it comes to performance. MBE guarantees an astounding 480 cfm through the intake ports and approximately 305 through the exhausts by creating an incredibly efficient port design. This head works best with engines that have a cylinder bore 4.125 inches in diameter and larger. 

 

These heads utilize a casting supplied by Dart specifically for MBE. Both the intake and exhaust ports are raised. The valves are on a 10 degree angle, and the intakes are sized at 2.300 inches with a 55 degree seat angle to maximize flow, while the exhausts are at 1.625. MBE found that its ports, originally developed for the Little Chief cylinder head, work exceptionally well in the LS architecture. MBE’s Little Chief cylinder heads actually held the Australian Pro Stock record, so you know these cylinder heads are going to rip. 

 

This design works well in both naturally aspirated and power adder engine packages. They can be set up for any power adder application. Including nitrous, turbo, procharger or supercharger. In naturally aspirated form they regularly produce over 1,100 horsepower. In fact. On motor alone, nitrous teams have been producing 1,050 horsepower. That’s before the nitrous!

 

Best of all, these heads receive the same quality CNC machine work that MBE does on its Pro Mod, Top Fuel and Billet cylinder heads.
